Gym Access Membership

A gym access membership is for anyone looking for a smaller gym atmosphere to do their own workouts in. At Alpha Athletics, members can come in and use any of the equipment the facility has to offer. There is a wide range of equipment from free weights to cardio machines. The gym features 12 wood weightlifting platforms and space for body building type work. There are various cardio machines for people looking to do a CrossFit style workout or to just get some cardio in! Upstairs has an active recovery and stretching area, along with a place to house your things during your workout. This membership is ideal for anyone looking to do their own workout and have access to a variety of equipment that most chain gyms are lacking.
